Tiong Teck Wee

Teck Wee is a partner in the Commercial & Corporate Disputes and International Arbitration practice group at WongPartnership LLP in Singapore. His main areas of practice are in complex, high value, multi-jurisdictional corporate and commercial disputes. Teck Wee has advised and acted for global private, public, and state-owned clients from various jurisdictions both before the Singapore Courts and in international commercial and investor-state treaty arbitrations. Teck Wee’s practice spans a wide range of disputes and industries including contractual disputes, shareholder and joint venture disputes, company law claims, minority oppression claims, banking and finance, private equity, commodities trading, and energy and infrastructure. Jeremy Lightfoot

Jeremy is the head of Carey Olsen's litigation, dispute resolution and insolvency practice in Hong Kong. His practice is focused on high value and complex commercial and corporate litigation as well as insolvency and restructuring matters under the laws of Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands. His success in handling significant cases and exceeding clients' expectations has earned him the recognition as a Leading Individual in Legal 500 Asia-Pacific and Greater China 2024 and as one of the Top 10 Offshore Litigators by the Asian Legal Business in 2023 (for the third consecutive year). Prior to joining Carey Olsen, Jeremy was based in the British Virgin Islands with another offshore law firm before relocating in 2017 to lead their litigation, insolvency and restructuring practice in Hong Kong. He also practised for a decade as a barrister at a leading chambers in London.

Ashish Kabra

Ashish heads the Singapore office of Nishith Desai Associates. His practice focuses on international arbitration, cross-border commercial litigation and white-collar crimes. He has successfully represented global private equity investors, S&P 500 companies and ultra-high net worth individuals before the courts in India and in international arbitrations (SIAC, LCIA and others) in various jurisdictions such as India, Singapore and London. He has acted for clients across various industries, such as Pharma & Healthcare, T.M.T., Financial Services, Infrastructure, Renewable Energy and Construction & Engineering. With experience of negotiating and leading complex transactions, Ashish is particularly adept at advising on shareholder disputes and troubleshooting issues emanating from complex investment structures. Ashish graduated from the National Law University, Jodhpur (India) and has a postgraduate degree in International Commercial Arbitration from the Stockholm University. He is a member of the Programming Committee for California Arbitration, Inc and a YSIAC Council Member.

Emi Rowse

Emi Rowse (Igusa) is a partner in the Dispute Resolution team at Kudun and Partners and heads their Japan Practice. She has over 18 years of experience advising and representing clients throughout Asia on complex commercial litigation, international arbitrations and fraud investigations. Prior to joining Kudun and Partners, Emi was a senior lawyer at an international law firm for 10 years and gained experience working in Hong Kong, Tokyo and Bangkok. She is a Hong Kong qualified lawyer, accredited mediator and is on the panel of Arbitrators for THAC, HKIAC and eBRAM. As Head of Japan Practice, she represents and advises major Japanese corporations on issues ranging from shareholder and joint venture disputes, employment, compliance and investigations, competition law and general corporate matters. Emi is half Japanese and speaks fluent Japanese.

Shanti Mogan

Shanti has over 30 years of experience in a broad commercial practice, representing clients in commercial litigation and arbitration, both domestic and international. She acts as counsel and arbitrator and is on the panel of various arbitral institutions. She is a Member of the Court of Arbitration (SIAC). She is a recognised and recommended dispute resolution lawyer. (Chambers, Legal 500, Asialaw).

Her experience covers a wide range of disputes including banking, commercial, corporate and technology related disputes.

Shanti has experience in the area of competition and antitrust laws.

Shanti also advises on regulatory compliance and activities coming under the purview of various authorities including the Securities Commission, the Anti-Corruption Commission and the Communications and Multimedia Commission.
