A Welcome Desk will be available to guide attendees to your desired destination.

Arrival to The Okura Tokyo

The Okura Tokyo has two main entrances:
 Main Entrance (5th Floor)
 Banquet Entrance (1st Floor)

We ask for attendees to use the Banquet Entrance as the IPBA2024 Registration Desk will be located on the 1st Floor. This will avoid congestion around the elevator and main hotel entrance.

If you will be staying at The Okura Tokyo, please enter through the Main Entrance on the 5th floor to check-in to the hotel.


IPBA2024 Registration Desk

Delegate and Accompanying Person Registration Check-In will be located in the Foyer area of the 1st Floor.
There will be multiple stations set up to sign in.

Floor Plan of the Conference Venue


Please ensure you have your QR code send by the IPBA Events Team ready to present.
You can either print it out or have it accessible on your smartphone for scanning.
The QR Code is also accessible through the Events Air App.

Name Badge

Please print your name badge by scanning your QR code at the Registration Desk.
The QR code is attached to the email sent by the IPBA Events Team. It is also accessible through the Events App.
Please be sure to save the QR code on your smartphone or print it out and bring it with you.
No Admissions to sessions, exhibition and official functions included in the registration fee will be granted without the Conference name badge.


For delegates that fall under the following categories, please pick up your corresponding ribbon(s) to attach to your name badge.
(Pick-up area: next to conference bag exchange desk)

Conference Bag

All Delegates (excludes Accompanying Person) will receive a conference bag exchange ticket on their name badge.
Please exchange your ticket with a conference bag; a conference bag table will be located in the same area.

Internet Access

Free Wireless Internet Access is available throughout the venue.
Wifi is the same for all banquet rooms, guest rooms, and lobby.


The industry exhibition will be held in the Akebono Room located on the 1st Floor.

Please sign up for the tours at the “TOKYO CITY INFORMATION DESK” located in the Akebono Room on the 1st Floor. Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
