Pre & Post Conference Golf

As part of the IPBA Tokyo Conference, we are delighted to offer two optional golf days for delegates who share an enthusiasm for golf. These events will take place on April 24th, 2024 (Pre-Conference) and April 28th, 2024 (Post-Conference).

Participants will be expected to cover their own green fees and, if necessary, club rentals. Each golf day requires a separate fee to secure your spot. After expressing your interest in one or both of the golf days during the event registration process and/or golf application process (please see the event registration page and golf application page), you will receive a payment link to confirm your reservation. Successful online payment through the provided link will secure your spot on your chosen golf day(s). Below, you'll find detailed information about the upcoming golf days:

Pre-Conference - April 24, 2024

Kasumigaseki Country Club is a prestigious golf club in Saitama Prefecture, Japan, founded in 1929. It gained international recognition as it hosted golf events during the Tokyo Olympics. The club boasts two renowned 18-hole golf courses, the East and West Courses, set in a picturesque environment. With beautifully maintained fairways and challenging layouts, it's a favorite among golfers of all skill levels.

• Tee-off Time: 8:30 AM - East Course
• Fee: USD 350 (includes taxes, lunch, light snacks during the party, prizes, and transportation)
• Club Rentals: Available at USD 50 (tax included) - please check the box during the golf application process if you require club rentals
• Caddies: Provided
• Lunch: Served between the front and back nine holes
• Dress Code: Please see and comply with “KCC Dress Code | The Club Guide | Kasumigaseki Country Club (kasumigasekicc.or.jp)”.
• Practice Range: 250-yard driving range, there are five dedicated practice greens for pitching, chipping, putting, and bunker shots
• Transportation: Participants have the option to use a round-trip shuttle bus service from the Hotel Okura Tokyo (https://theokuratokyo.jp/en/) to the golf course.

Narita Fairfield Golf Club, conveniently located near Narita International Airport, is home to the exquisite Championship Course. This 18-hole gem offers golfers an exciting and challenging round with a Par 72 layout. With its lush Bentgrass greens and meticulously designed fairways, it provides an ideal setting for an exceptional golfing experience.

• Tee-off Time: 9:00 AM
• Expected Finish of Golf Play: Around 3:30 PM
• Fee: USD 260 (includes taxes, lunch, light snacks during the party, prizes, and transportation)
• Club Rentals: Available at USD 50 (tax included) - please check the box during the golf application process if you require club rentals
• Caddies: Not provided
• Lunch: Served between the front and back nine holes
• Dress Code: Please refrain from wearing sandals, jeans, T-shirts, jerseys, and sweatshirts when visiting. Golf attire is required when playing. (T-shirts, jeans, jerseys, and sweatshirts are not allowed during play.) The golf course requests the use of soft spike or spikeless shoes
• Practice Range: 120-yard practice range
• Transportation: Participants have the option to use a round-trip shuttle bus service from the Hotel Okura Tokyo (https://theokuratokyo.jp/en/) to the golf course.
