Shirley Tao is the Senior Partner of Y & T Lawyers Zhangjiagang Branch, she has over ten-year practicing experience as a commercial lawyer in China. Ms. Tao received her Bachelor of Laws degree from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in Mainland China and a Master of Laws degree in International Economic Law from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Ms. Tao specializes in ccorporate governance, cross-border transactions and investment, and commercial dispute resolution.

Glenn T. Melchinger

Glenn T. Melchinger is a counsel in Dentons' Honolulu office. Glenn helps clients efficiently identify issues, find answers and take action.
Glenn was drafting motions for a jury trial in his first days of practice, and he has been litigating ever since. His practice focuses on resolution of civil and complex disputes, especially those involving computer systems, electronic evidence and technology. Glenn consults regarding litigation preparedness and cyber issues, and he speaks on electronic discovery. He writes and speaks Japanese and helps Japanese clients with disputes, business issues, real property and other transactions.
Glenn received his JD, cum laude, from the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawai`i, where he served as production editor for the Law Review.

Santiago Fontana

Santiago Fontana is the head of the Corporate and M&A practice at Ferrere, the largest full-service Firm in Uruguay. Ferrere has also operations in Bolivia and Paraguay. With 250+ lawyers across the three countries, Ferrere serves international companies in all fields of Law.

Santiago has 20+ years of experience and has participated in most of the largest transactions taking place in Uruguay (and also in Bolivia, country in which he spent a few years when Ferrere started operations there).
