Chester Toh

Chester Toh is Head of Integrated Regulatory Practice at Rajah & Tann Singapore and sits on the firm’s Executive Committee. He has previously practised at a Magic Circle firm in London, Hong Kong and Beijing. Chester established Rajah & Tann’s Myanmar office more than 10 years ago and continues to co-head the firm’s Myanmar Practice. He has been lauded for his work in Myanmar by legal publications such as Chambers Asia Pacific, IFLR and Legal 500. Aside from Myanmar, Chester has advised many international clients on market entry and regulatory compliance in other Southeast Asian markets. His regulatory practice spans antitrust, data privacy and sector specific regulation particularly in the tech and communications sectors.

Logan Leung

Logan is the Deputy Managing Partner of Rajah & Tann LCT Lawyers, with a field of practice covering oth contentious and non-contentious works. He is regarded for his familiarity with Vietnam’s regulatory environment. His clients have ranged from start-ups to global technology giants, where he has – in addition to corporate transactions – advised on regulatory matters such as cybersecurity, e-commerce, IP, gaming, and personal data protection and privacy.
