Chester Toh is Head of Integrated Regulatory Practice at Rajah & Tann Singapore and sits on the firm’s Executive Committee. He has previously practised at a Magic Circle firm in London, Hong Kong and Beijing. Chester established Rajah & Tann’s Myanmar office more than 10 years ago and continues to co-head the firm’s Myanmar Practice. Aside from Myanmar, Chester has advised many international clients on market entry and regulatory compliance in other Southeast Asian markets. Logan is the Deputy Managing Partner of Rajah & Tann LCT Lawyers, with a field of practice covering oth contentious and non-contentious works. He is regarded for his familiarity with Vietnam’s regulatory environment.
