Wang Zhengzhi

Mr. Wang Zhengzhi, an IP attorney, is the Founding Partner at Beijing Globe-Law Law Firm (Globe-Law). He is the Chair of Intellectual Property Committee of All China Lawyers Association (ACLA, since 2019).

Mr. Wang has published Intellectual Property Rights of China Time-Honored Brands, China's Intellectual Property Index (publication series, the 11th version has been published). Since 2003, Mr. Wang has hosted Top Ten National IP Case (Copyright of Network Plug Case), Beijing Top 10 IP Protection Case (Case of World Executives’ Trademark and trade name Conflict). Two of his cases have been selected as 50 Classic IP Cases of the Supreme Court of China. He serves as the member of the drafting group of Patent Law Fourth Amendment (in charge of patent administrative protection) , Council member of China Association for Science and Technology and Member of the National Intellectual Property Advisory Board.

Vincenzo D'Antoni

Vincenzo D’Antoni deals with corporate law and related banking and finance aspects.  His experience ranges from M&As to corporate matters (including joint ventures and the launch of new companies), contracts (including agency, distribution agreements, etc.) and commercial negotiations and legal consultancy in general.

He is a proactive member of the firm’s Japan Desk, assisting Japanese businesses with operations in Italy/ EU and Italian/EU SMEs with business in Japan or which do business with Japanese companies. This dual approach leads him to head out to Japan frequently during the year.

He graduated cum laude in 2009 from the Faculty of Law of the University of Parma and in 2011 achieved an LLM in International Finance Law from the prestigious School of Law of King’s College – University of London.

He is a member of numerous sector associations on an international level, including the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA), the International Bar Association (IBA), the Financial Services Lawyers Association of London (FSLA) and the Centre for the Study of Financial Innovation (CSFI).

Guo Yiqian

Ms. Guo Yiqian, an attorney and partner of Beijing Globe-Law Law Firm (Globe-Law), mainly practice in business law. She has been serving as legal counsel for many listed companies and large state-owned enterprises for many years, i.e. general legal advisor on program of Overseas Economic and Trade Friction for China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (European and Asian Area), general legal advisor for Poly Finance Co., Ltd., special legal advisor on program of foreign equity management for China Energy Capital Holdings Co.,Ltd. In dispute resolution, she has represented many litigation and arbitration for domestic and foreign clients such as US Ifresh, Inc., Hongkong Futai group and Shanshui Group of China. Besides, Ms. Guo Yiqian is an off-campus mentor for graduate students of University of International Business and Economics of China, an arbitrator of Zhuhai Court of International Arbitration, a member of China Academy of Arbitration Law and a member of Foreign Affairs Committee of the Beijing Lawyers Association.
